Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please ensure you select the correct item before placing your order.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may require photographic evidence and a description of the issue.
Once confirmed, we will offer:
– A replacement item (if available), or
– A full or partial refund, or
– Store credit
Return Conditions
– All returns must be authorised by us before being sent back.
– Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and with original packaging.
– The buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
– Customised or made-to-order machines
– Consumables (e.g., blades, films, gloves) unless faulty
– Used equipment
